Your Profile:

  • a completed vocational training as an Operation Technician Assistant or specialized healthcare and nursing professional for the operating room
  • passion for working for and with people
  • attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • enjoyment in your work
  • good observational skills and empathy in dealing with residents and relatives
  • high level of responsibility, empathy and reliability

 

Appreciation:

  • Preparation and follow-up
  • Assisting in medical procedures, preparing instruments and equipment (e.g., injection syringes, infusion devices)
  • Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and quality standards
  • Professional patient care before, during, and after surgery
  • Stockkeeping and replacement procurement of surgical materials
